Removable Build Cartridges
The build plate, powder supply and powder overflows of the SP101 are all designed as removable ‘cartridges’. This feature enables the rapid change-over of builds to ensure the printer can operate at the maximum ‘up-time’ without delay.
Precision Parts
The SP101 is capable of printing to very fine tolerances in a range of materials. CT scanner anti scatter grids are a prime example of the capabilities of AmPro 3D printers.
These anti scatter grids were printed with wall thicknesses of less than 0.1 mm, to an accuracy of 0.02 mm and density of ≥ 99%.
